‍My career in counseling began in 1999, and since then, I’ve had the privilege of working in various educational settings and clinical practices. My personal and professional experiences have fueled my passion for helping others find healing and resilience.

What brought you to counseling?

‍I focus on building authentic, trusting relationships with my clients. I work collaboratively to help individuals manage life stressors, transitions, and the emotional challenges they face. My approach is integrated and tailored to meet each person’s unique needs.

What’s it like to work with you?

‍I work with individuals dealing with ADHD, anxiety, depression, attachment trauma, and partners of those with personality disorders. My approach integrates modalities such as CBT, DBT, EFT, and humanistic therapy, ensuring that care is individualized and holistic.
