I was drawn to counseling through a deep interest in human resilience and the power of meaningful connection. Over the years, I’ve seen how transformative it can be to have a safe, supportive space to process life’s challenges.
What brought you to counseling?
With a passion for helping others tap into their innate potential, I use evidence-based practices paired with genuine empathy and encouragement. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, grounded in the belief that every person’s path to healing is unique. Whether we’re working on emotional regulation, trauma recovery, or mental health challenges, my goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel seen, respected, and empowered. Together, we’ll build emotional resilience, strengthen coping skills, and support your growth into the person you want to be.
What’s it like to work with you?
Outside of therapy, I’m a big believer in the healing power of laughter—yes, even in therapy. Life can be heavy, but I’ve found that a little humor and humility go a long way in helping us cope and stay grounded. Outside the therapy room, you’ll usually find me lifting something heavy at the gym or tackling a tough workout (and then joking about how sore I’ll be tomorrow). Movement keeps me balanced, and I bring that same energy of grit, resilience, and play into the work I do with clients.
